A great sandwich for your football parties! Hold your Kickin' Chicken™ in your crock pot and allow your guests to put their sandwich together when their hunger strikes!
Ingredients

6 – 11” Sub Rolls

3 lbs. of our Signature Kickin’ Chicken™ (heated)

1 Quart of your favorite Cole Slaw. Try our Honey Mustard Cole Slaw found in our recipes section!

½ lb. thinly sliced pepperjack cheese (Approximately 12 slices)

1 bottle of our Kickin’ Chicken™ BBQ Sauce
Directions
In a small sauce pan, mix the cooked Kickin’ Chicken™ and our Kickin’ Chicken™ BBQ Sauce until the chicken is evenly coated. Stirring occasionally, heat the mixture on low heat until it has reached a temperature of 165F.
Slice each sub roll down its length, making sure not to cut completely through the roll.
Open each roll and add 2 slices of pepper jack cheese and approximately ¼ cup cole slaw. Make sure to cover the roll uniformly so you get the same amount of cheese and slaw in each bite!
Top each sub with an additional squirt of BBQ sauce if desired.
