Chicken Lou's® Honey Mustard Ham and Cheese Quiche

Quiche is such a versatile protein packed meal! Pair it with a salad for lunch, home fries for breakfast or dinner or make ahead for your brunch and holiday gatherings!
Ingredients

1 9-inch unbaked deep dish frozen pie crust (I.e. Mrs. Smith's)

1.5 cups of diced and cooked ham

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

1 cup half and half

6 large eggs

2 TBSP of our TKO™ Seasoning Salt

1 Bottle of our Signature Honey Mustard
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place pie shell on cookie sheet. Set aside.
In a medium size mixing bowl whisk together the half and half, eggs, and our TKO™ Seasoning Salt.
Add in diced ham and shredded Swiss cheese. Mix thoroughly and carefully pour mixture into pie shell.
Place quiche into oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set when gently shaken. Check at 30 minutes and lay a piece of aluminum foil on top to prevent over browning if needed.
Allow to rest for 30 minutes. Serve warm and drizzle with our Signature Honey Mustard.
