So easy to make ahead and heat prior to your guests arriving! Toast a sub roll, add lettuce, tomato and hot chicken dip for a creative spin on y our traditional chicken salad sandwich!
Make sure to cook your TKO™ Baked Chicken ahead of time!
Ingredients

2 Cups of Chicken Lou’s TKO™ Baked Chicken

16 ounces of softened cream cheese

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 Cup Chicken Lou’s® Signature Honey Mustard

¼ Cup of Frank’s Red Hot sauce (original)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Finely dice the TKO™ baked chicken
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly in an ungreased 9X13 baking dish
Heat in preheated oven until the top starts to brown and bubble (approximately 20-30 minutes) and internal temperature reaches 165F

Top with chopped scallions after heating.
