The Chicken Lou’s® Southwestern TKO™ Sub delivers a harmonious blend of textures and flavors. The juicy chicken pairs perfectly with the crunchy bacon, while the pepperjack cheese provides a delightful heat. The Chipotle Ranch Dressing adds a smooth, spicy zing, creating a sub that is both hearty and packed with Southwestern flair. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a satisfying snack, this sub is sure to be a hit with everyone who takes a bite.
Ingredients

6x 11” sub rolls

3 lbs. of our TKO™ Baked Chicken (heated to 165F– we do not suggest assembling the sub with cold chicken)

18 slices cooked bacon
-
½ lb. thinly sliced Pepper Jack cheese (Approximately 12 slices)

1 bottle of our Chipotle Ranch Dressing
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F
Slice each sub roll down its length, making sure not to cut completely through the roll.
Open each roll and put approximately 1 tbsp of our Chipotle Ranch Dressing in each sub roll. Make sure to spread it evenly along the length of the roll. Close each sub roll to make sure the bread is evenly coated.
Open each roll and add 2 slices of pepper jack cheese and 3 slices of bacon. Make sure to cover the roll completely so you get bacon and cheese in each bite!
Add 1/6 of your cooked TKO™ Baked Chicken to each sub roll. Spread approximately 2 tbsp of our Chipotle Ranch Dressing across the top of the chicken. After each sub is populated, place them all on a baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and let it toast until the cheese starts to melt and the roll reaches your desired toastiness. Approximate toasting time is 5 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven and top each sub with more of our Chipotle Ranch Dressing if desired!
