Ingredients
-
2 Racks Baby Back Ribs *Ask your butcher to remove the membrane on the back side of the ribs
-
1 Bottle of our Kickin’ Chicken™ Seasoning
-
1 Bottle of our Kickin’ Chicken™ BBQ Sauce
Directions
Tear 2 large sheets of aluminum foil, long enough to pass the sides of each rack of ribs. Place one rack (curved side down) per piece of foil. Using a brush, spread 1 tbsp of our Kickin’ Chicken™ BBQ Sauce on each rack. Sprinkle ¼ of our Kickin’ Chicken™ Seasoning over ribs, making sure to use your hands to apply liberally and evenly. Flip rack over and repeat with the Kickin’ Chicken BBQ Sauce and Seasoning. Repeat this step on the second rack.
Carefully wrap the aluminum foil around the ribs, being careful not to tear it. You can add an additional sheet of foil around the center part of the ribs to make sure it is fully sealed. Place in the refrigerator and allow them to marinate for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Remove ribs from refrigerator and place them on a baking sheet, curved side down. Bake ribs for 2.5 hours.
Remove ribs from oven and carefully open foil. Make sure the internal temperature has reached between 190-200 degrees F for fall of the bone ribs. If they have not, close foil and place back in the oven. Continue checking every 15 minutes until desired temperature is reached.
Once ribs are complete, preheat grill to 350 degrees F. Remove ribs from the oven and carefully open the foil and remove ribs. (You may want to use 2 sets of tongs on each end of the ribs to help keep them together). Brush our Kickin’ Chicken™ BBQ Sauce on top side of ribs and place them sauce side down on the grill. While that side chars, brush more Kickin’ Chicken™ BBQ Sauce on the back side of the ribs. Grill for about 5 minutes each side. Remove from the grill.
Transfer ribs to a serving platter. Serve with additional Kickin’ Chicken™ BBQ Sauce if desired and enjoy!
