*Makes 1 breakfast sandwich

 

What You Will Need:

1 large bagel of your choice

1 2-ounce Jones Breakfast sausage patty

1 Extra large egg

1 Slice of Pepper Jack cheese (Approximately 1 ounce)

1 Cavendish Hashbrown patty (approximately 2 ounces)

2 tbs. Chicken Lou’s Signature “Chipotle Ranch”™

 

Directions:

Toast the bagel.

Individually cook the hashbrown, the sausage patty and the egg (we fried ours, broken yolk, unless otherwise requested).

When the second side of the egg is being cooked, place the slice of Pepper Jack cheese on the sausage patty and allow it to melt completely.

Open the bagel and add approximately half of the Chipotle Ranch to the bottom piece.

Next, place the egg with cheese, the sausage patty, the hashbrown patty onto the lower half of the bagel.

Cover the hashbrown patty with the remainder of the Chipotle Ranch and cover with the top half of the bagel.

Eat slowly, without concern of how many ‘ummmm’ sounds you might make while doing so.
