What You Will Need:
8 Large Eggs
2 slices cooked thick cut bacon
1/6 Cup Mayonnaise
1/6 Cup of Our Signature Honey Mustard
1/2 Cup of Our Signature Honey Mustard
¼ tsp. TKO Seasoning Salt (plus a bit for dusting)
1/8 tsp celery salt
Hard boil the eggs. When they are cool enough, remove the shell.
Cut each egg in half and scoop out the yolks. Put the yolks on a small mixing bowl.
Finely chop the bacon into very small cubes (almost diced) and add to the mixing bowl.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl. Start mashing the yolks with a fork. Periodically stir the resulting mash to check consistency.
When the filling is smooth, fill each egg half with a heaping teaspoon of the filling.
Dust the top of the eggs with a coating of our ‘TKO’™ Seasoning Salt.
